Simply humiliating. We love it!
Instructions after the jump.
Step 1.Shake Hands.Step 2.Place your thumb over theirs, right around where the thumb connects to everything else. Bring the other fingers up as support.
Step 3.
Really all you have to do is maintain the exact same position with your hand as you lower your arm. If you can do this (it’s harder than it seems), down they go! To assist, you can take a single step back while dropping your arm.
Step 4.
Laugh heartily.
Step 5.
If this is a friend of yours, let them up. The next part is more painful than the prior, and can result in long term damage to the wrist and elbow. If for some reason the person whose hand you were shaking was actually trying to kill you, continue to step 6.
Step 6.
Turn over their arm so that their elbow is facing 45 degrees to the right (doing the technique on their right hand). Move both of your hands to their hand so that their palm is facing them. To flatten them out, push the palm of their hand toward their forearm.
That’s it! They should now be face down on the ground and you should be standing there cold chillin’. Feel free to step on something.

Great technique, especially if you’re a little guy like me. I got my huge swimmer friend to collapse on the ground with this, and then wonder what the hell happened. Awesome! You guys are great.
