Urban Beatdown: Defend Yourself

Throw someone out of a handshake.

Instructions after the jump.

Step 1.

Shake Hands.Step 2.Step forward with your right foot while at the same time transfer your “friend’s” hand into your left hand.

Step 3.

Pivot on your right foot to bring your body closer to your “friend’s” body – pressing your back into their chest. Then place your right hand on their shoulder and get a good grip.

Step 4.

Make your center of gravity lower than your “friend’s” center of gravity, while pulling downwards on the arm.

Step 5.

If you keep them close to you they should pop up off of your back a little bit, now just bend over as far as you can and pull them over you, taking care to pull upwards on the arm to keep their head from hitting the ground. Now you’ve knocked that jack-ass silly without throwing a punch!

Step 6. (optional)

If this is someone that might beat your ass when they get up, buy yourself some time to run by punching them out as soon as they hit the ground. Now, RUN YOUR ASS OFF! Cops don’t like it when you use deadly techniques on people you’ve just met and you might go to jail for assault with a deadly weapon!
