Our finale in the Deadly Handshakes series. Our deadliest tip yet!
Instructions after the jumpStep 1.Shake handsStep 2.
Pull on their arm quickly, getting them off balance, extending their arm.Step 3.Release their hand and step in with your right arm under theirs. Snake the arm around so that your palm is on the back of their neck.
Step 4.
Bring your let arm around their neck from the left, placing the palm on the inside of your right forearm, forming a vice.
Step 5.
Choke Choke Choke.
There are many variations to this technique depending on what you’re trying to do, but the easiest way to handle it is to think of yourself as an anaconda. A vicious, kung-fu-knowing, fool-choking anaconda.
Enjoy! Next week, the high five of ultimate destruction.

These are so awesome. I don’t live in America but your dojo sounds like it would be so cool…
…
shit music though.
I hope you’re taking into consideration all of the knuckleheads out there that won’t just use this for self-defense. Especially when you talk about breaking something (the neck) being fun, you should emphasize the danger also involved. It doesn’t seem like you’re taking responsibility here. Thanks for the lessons though.
I like the choke technique. Thanks. The Marines use a similar technique where the elbow joint sits on the Adam’s apple and the arm runs up and down both sides of the neck. This will really shut off the the carotid artery. It takes about 5-7 secs for such a carotid choke to disable someone. Sinking at the knees will help pull them back off their center of gravity. You’ll want to do this so the person you’re choking doesn’t do pull you forward off your center…at which time, you’d better have a plan B.
Thanks guys!
Thanks for the great tips
Please visit our martial arts webshop http://www.4fighters.eu You will not regret !!!
Thank you guys for making these videos. I like the unique way of making things fun. You make it fun because you are always laughing and that makes it fun to remember.
And also thank you for the constant reminder how dangerous it is and how you could easily hurt your own friends.

Hey, I’ve been following your guys’ videos for a while now.
It’s all great, fun stuff =) I live in the SF bay area, and am thinking about paying the studio a visit.
hey how do you guys train for all of this? thanks for the vids and i was wonderind should i do aikido or muay thai?
How old are you? Muay thai until 18 and then aikido from there on out in my opinion. Aikido takes a long ass time my friend- you should learn a chinese martial art with shui-jiao in it.
We are both students of 8 step praying mantis kung fu, a school based in san francisco.
You guys are badass and your videos are fun to watch. Have you stopped updating though?
